Payment Policies

  • We accept credit card or debit payment via MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover. We also accept payment by certified check, money order, or business check. All checks and money orders will require at least 5 business days waiting period after the check is received before the item is shipped. This is to ensure that the funds are available and the check clears. If you choose to pay by check, please contact us to help you finish processing the order.
  • We do accept wire transfers. We do not accept purchase orders unless your company has been approved through our credit check.

Sales Tax

  • Sales Tax is based on the buyer’s shipping address and will be calculated accordingly.
  • When shipping to the following states: IL (7.25%).
  • Other states may vary depending upon the vendor and will be added to the corresponding orders.


  • All warranties are handled through the manufacturer.
  • Please contact the manufacturer of your item for further information.

Return Policy

  • iSuppliers guarantees that the item will not be Dead On Arrival (DOA). All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, unless otherwise noted on a per-vendor basis (see below).
  • You must acquire a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number prior to returning any item. The RMA Number will only be good for a specific product and order and must be requested within 14 days of its ship date. You can obtain an RMA Number by sending an email to [email protected] or by calling us at (856)294-6644.
  • Once you receive the RMA Number you may send the product back at your expense. We will not accept a C.O.D. return. If we do not have a replacement item, upon receipt of the item and verification that the item is the one originally sent to you, a refund of the item will be issued. SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • Change of mind purchase / buyer's remorse returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • Campbell Hausfeld
  • Change of mind purchase / buyer's remorse returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • Flowtron does not accept returns for change of mind purchase/buyer’s remorse. The product then becomes the responsibility/ownership of the buyer.
  • All Flowtron products are warranted against manufacturing defects as described in the printed warranty statement accompanying each product. Defective claims within the warranty period require a RGA. A Return Authorization Number can be obtained from Flowtron processing at (856)294-6644 FREE x 274. All defective returns are to arrive prepaid and include a letter stating the problem/reason for the returns. The RGA number must appear on the carton. All returns which do not adhere to the policy will be refused at our warehouse.
  • Electrical powered products such as Flowtron’s Mosquito Units and Leaf Eaters are not to be field destroyed under any circumstance. These products must be returned in accordance with the instructions provided by Flowtron’s Customer Service Department. Replacement bulbs are only warranted for breakage providing the bulb is still in its original blister package. No returns or destroyed in field claims will be accepted.

  • Transactions are automatically settled each day and funded within 2-3 days. A confirmation email of the refund will be sent advising you that the credit has been processed. Please allow 4-6 business days to see the credit on your account.

Shipping (Non-Freight)

  • We ship to the continental U.S. We ask that you contact us before purchasing so that we may accurately quote you shipping costs.
  • Shipping Methods: UPS, FedEx, and USPS are our prime carrier although, depending on the product, you may have other shipping choices including freight.

Processing Order Policies.

  • Processing Time: Orders are normally processed for shipping within 48 hours or 2 business days after time of placement and payment has been received, unless stated otherwise on our website or on the order receipt for items with significant factory lead-times or a backorder date. Weekends and Holidays do not count as we are closed. Next-Day or 2nd-Day shipping does not necessarily guarantee you will receive your shipment the next day or within 2 days, however, we do our best to accommodate all shipping requests. If there is an urgency please be sure to contact us immediately.
  • We will make every effort to contact you in the event your item is backordered or for any other known delay in shipping your order.
  • Insurance: As a courtesy to our customers, all packages are automatically insured through the carrier for the value that was paid for the item.
  • Using Your Own UPS or FedEx Account: If you would like us to ship your item on your UPS or FedEx account, please contact us immediately with your account number and/or specify it in the "Additional Notes" section during checkout.
  • Shipping Damage Claims for Non-Freight Orders: If after you open your item you discover that there has been shipping damage, please notify us promptly. In most cases the following may occur.
  • Digital photos may be needed of the damage in order to submit the damage claim to the carrier – please email these to [email protected]
  • Please retain the original box that the item came in.
  • UPS or FedEx may schedule a time to come and inspect the item in order to verify the claim
  • UPS or FedEx may come and pick the item up and ship it back to iSuppliers.
  • Upon receipt of the item from UPS or FedEx, verification that the item was indeed the original item sent out, and verification that UPS or FedEx is processing the claim, we will refund your purchase price.
  • Shipping costs are NEVER refundable.

Charges for Incorrect Addresses/Undeliverable Orders

  • All orders that cannot be delivered and are returned to iSuppliers LLC for any reason will be charged any shipping costs incurred by iSuppliers as well as a 5% restocking fee.

Freight Shipping / LTL Shipping:

  • Some oversize items are required to ship via a freight company. In this instance, your shipping estimate will be provided to you in the Purchase Order. A sales representative will include in the Purchase Order the exact shipping amount. A at that time the sales person will be able to take payment of the order including the cost of the freight. The things that will be considered when estimating freight are:

    Residential or Commercial Delivery

    Location of residence in comparison to hub

    Liftgate Service to bring the item down from the tractor trailer

  • We use multiple freight carriers so if you have a carrier that you prefer, please contact us to inquire whether or not we use that carrier.
  • Please note that when a freight order is placed, it may take up to four (4) business days for the freight company to pick the item up from iSuppliers warehouse. After pickup, freight transit time can vary anywhere from 1-14 days.
  • Please check status of freight on the corresponding carrier website. Tracking number and carrier information will be provided by an iSuppliers sales representative.
  • If you are in need of the item sooner, certain carriers have expedited service. Please contact us for more information.
  • When the freight carrier arrives in your area they will contact you by phone to setup a delivery time. You may also choose to pick the item up from the freight carrier’s terminal which may save on cost.
  • You MUST inspect the freight item at the time of delivery.
